Booth Information Booths Size: 10ft (deep) x 10ft (wide) / 10 x 15 / 10 x 20 booths available for exhibitors. Booth Package: 8ft back with 3ft sides, 6ft table draped and skirted, 2 chairs, garbage can. As an exhibitor of the Showcase, you will receive an excel file of the names and contact information (Name, Address, Wedding Date, services needed and much more) You will be able to choose where your booth is located for the Showcase, however, it will be on a first-come, first-serve basis and we will make sure that exhibitors in the same wedding service industry are not exhibiting next to each other. We will be offering two fashion shows on each day of the Showcase. This is a chance for the different vendors to showcase their wedding dresses, tuxes, flowers. This is only offered to exhibitors who purchase a full booth and are under one of these categories. If you are interested in exhibiting at the Showcase, please contact me as soon as possible since space is limited. All exhibitors participating in the Showcase will be listed in the promotional information that will be distributed at the Showcase and in the special wedding pullout section that The Community Newspapers will be producing. This will be one more way to drive customers to your site. 2) We will be working to help you promote your company to the new brides by promoting your company through advertising and word of mouth. 3) Depending on what your company sells you may be able to participate in the different aspects of the Fashion Show. We will try to use all exhibitors that qualify. This will be a wonderful place for you to showcase your product. If you participate in the Fashion show your company will be listed under "Fashion Show Exhibitors" in the Bridal Showcase Wedding Pullout. 4) If you donate a product or service to the door prizes, you will have an additional listing in the Bridal Showcase Wedding pullout. 5) All Exhibitors will be listed in the Bridal Showcase Wedding pullout with company contact information and booth number. 6) At the end of the show you will be given a disk/CD with the names of the attendees, contact information, services needed, wedding dates and so much more. |
